Express 5, the high-speed ultra modern ferry built in Cebu, Philippines, has finally arrived in Denmark. After a 26-day journey, the vessel docked in Rønne on Sunday, April 16. The new ferry will expand travel to and from Bornholm and further boost tourism on the island. It will ease travel for both residents and tourists to the popular Danish holiday destination.

The ferry is undergoing final inspections by the Danish and Swedish authorities. The company has already included it in their sailing schedule, starting from Saturday, April 29, 6:30 AM.
