- Secure OV Form 1 from the Philippine Embassy or download it from the websites of the Commission on Elections (https://comelec.gov.ph/), the Department of Foreign Affairs (http://www.dfa-oavs.gov.ph/) or the Embassy of the Philippines(copenhagenpe.dfa.gov.ph). Also, through the iRehistro platform (https://irehistro.comelec.gov.ph/ovf1)
- Accomplish the OV form 1
- Book an appointment through the Embassy's consular online application
- Personally appear before the Embassy on the date of your confirmed appointment and submit the accomplished form and supporting identification documents to the VRM Operator. If the applicant used the PDF-fillable form or the iRehistro platform, he/ she shall print the duly accomplished OVF 1 and bring the same to the Embassy. The Embassy may require additional documents to establish the identity and qualification of the applicant.
Applications shall be heard and acted upon in accordance with the schedule set by the Commission on Elections. The lists of the names of those whose applications have been approved and disapproved shall be posted at the Philippine Embassy’s website after each RERB hearing.
