Billund, 24 February 2023 - PH Embassy and LEGO, one of the leading manufacturers of play materials, including the iconic LEGO brick, discussed potential cooperation between the Philippines and Denmark in developing biomaterials and alternatives to plastic.

Ambassador Leo Herrera-Lim exchanged views with LEGO Government and Public Affairs Director Ole Hammer on establishing a greater presence in the Philippines, including the possibility of setting up an IT and backroom office to speed up the company’s product development.

The Ambassador also urged LEGO to host the Fernando Amorsolo-transposed LEGO mosaic artworks of PinoyLUG in Billund to showcase both the company’s design and Filipino creativity. END
