PH Embassy and Viking Wind, producer of Danish-designed and cost-effective small wind turbines, exchanged views on the potential use of off-grid renewable energy systems in the Philippines.

Ambassador Leo Herrera-Lim and Viking Wind’s Ulrich Høgenhaven discussed the advantages of using VS small wind turbines in remote areas with limited access to electricity.

Mr. Høgenhavn toured the Ambassador around its hybrid installation which provides electricity to 20 to 25 households in the town of Middelfart.
