Ambassador Leo M. Herrera-Lim lauded ULAP.org founders Marilag Dimatulac and Michelle Tabirao for advocating digital literacy and talent upskilling to young Filipino IT aspirants. The Denmark-based Filipino IT professionals organized the Underrepresented youth Learning Assistance Program (ULAP.org), a Danish-registered non-profit organization, envisioned to provide scholarships, pro bono professional training, and community events to Filipino youth.

ULAP.org is looking for ten (10) passionate young Filipino IT aspirants to receive scholarship grants which will cover training, mentorship, and certification program for both cloud fundamentals and specialized careers through their Cloud Career Kickstarter Program.
