Registration for overseas voting for qualified Filipino overseas voters for the 9 May 2022 Philippine National Election is now open.

Deadline for filing of application: 30 September 2021

Deadline for purposes of Application for Transfer from Post to Philippine Municipality/ City/ District: 31 August 2021.

Who may register?

All citizens of the Philippines, who are abroad or will be abroad during the thirty (30) day voting period, commencing on 9 April until 9 May 2022, at least eighteen (18) years of age on the day of the elections and not otherwise disqualified by law, may register.

Where to file: Applications may be filed at the Embassy of the Philippines in Copenhagen, Arne Jacobsens Allé 13, 1st floor, 2300 Copenhagen, Denmark. Before going to the Embassy, kindly book an appointment and upload all the required documents in our consular online application.

Requirements for Registration

A. Filipino Citizen

     1. Valid Philippine passport and photocopy of data page

     2. Original and photocopy of Temporary/Permanent Residence Card


B. Dual Citizen

    1. Valid Philippine passport and photocopy of data page

    2. Original or Certified True Copy of:

             > Order of Approval to retain or reacquire Filipino citizenship issued by the Post; or

             > Identification Certificate issued by Post or Bureau of Immigration

C. Seafarers

    1. Photocopy of Seaman’s book

    2. Any other pertinent document


v  In case of Change of Name, Copy of PSA-issued Marriage Certificate is required.

How to apply:

  1. Secure OVF No. 1 from the Philippine Embassy or download it from the websites of the Commission on Elections (, the Department of Foreign Affairs ( or the Embassy of the Philippines(;
  2. Accomplish the form and personally appear before the Philippine Embassy in Copenhagen;
  3. Submit the accomplished form and supporting identification documents. The Embassy may require additional documents to establish the identity and qualification of the applicant.
